  1. Flash & Pics Control is an Internet Explorer add-on
  2. that allows you to quickly enable/disable 
  3. pictures and flash animation.

  5. The program adds new item to the Tools menu of Internet Explorer.

  7. Enabling/Disabling flash takes effect only after you restart Internet Explorer.
  8. Having flash disabled prevents Internet Explorer from downloading flash animation to your PC.

  10. Enabling/Disabling pictures takes effect immediately, all opened instances of
  11. Internet Explorer are refreshed automatically. Having pictures disabled prevents
  12. Internet Explorer from downloading pictures to your PC.
